Still a ways off but I want to be able to make a field of some sort for the bacteria and B cells to run across so I';m going to have to play with the Air Fields or some other Field that can Generate a wind effect to have them sway in the wind.

Maya; Alpha Testing, Grass/Hair Follicles
Considering that I want the small hairs that is on our skin to play the part of grass I decided to try out the Alpha maps and such.
Still a ways off but I want to be able to make a field of some sort for the bacteria and B cells to run across so I';m going to have to play with the Air Fields or some other Field that can Generate a wind effect to have them sway in the wind.
These are just tests to see if the alpha works, so the color here that I made is just random to see results. hopefully I can get versions where there effected by wind, if not then I have to spend some time with the old Keying tool.
